Refund Policy

Top-ups

MediaAI balance top-ups are added to the user's shared USD balance after successful payment confirmation. The minimum top-up amount is $5.00.

Unused balance

Users may contact support regarding unused balance. Requests are reviewed based on payment status, usage history, and provider rules.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is not confirmed by the provider, MediaAI will not credit the user's balance. If money was deducted by the bank or provider, users should contact support with the payment details.

Duplicate payments

Duplicate confirmed payments can be reviewed by support. If verified, the duplicate amount may be returned or credited depending on provider rules and account status.
