MediaAI uses Google sign-in to identify users and provide access to the shared USD balance, dashboard, and HybriCode AI extension connection.

Information we collect

We may collect your Google account email, name, internal user ID, payment transaction records, balance ledger entries, usage history, and extension connection sessions.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, maintain account balance, process payments, provide AI tools, show usage history, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

VS Code extension data

HybriCode AI may send selected error logs, file paths, programming language, and limited project context needed for diagnostics. Users should not send passwords, API secrets, private keys, or confidential files.

Payment data

MediaAI stores payment transaction status and balance ledger records. Card or bank payment details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by MediaAI.
